Commenting ahead of tomorrow's breakfast event in London, "towards sustainable fishing", Liberal Democrat Fisheries spokesperson Liam McArthur MSP said: "Scottish fishermen have made real changes to the way they fish. In many respects, the fleet is now leading by example in terms of sustainable fisheries management.
